Fundraisers

One of the things I love about being a Close To My Heart Consultant is the opportunity to do fund raising events for various charities and organizations, whether it be an all day crop or a vendor fair. I love the opportunity to share our products and my services as your Close To My Heart Independent Consultant.

What I offer for your event will depend on the type of event that you are hosting.  Below is a general idea of what I offer, but I will work with you and your organization to best meet your needs and requests for your specific event.

Fundraiser Crop

• Goody Bag item(s)
• Door Prize
• Raffle/Silent Auction product donation
• Make & Take
• Professional product/sample display
• Sales percentage donation to charitable organization for which funds are being raised
• Advertising through my Facebook Business Page, website calendar, and monthly newsletter

Vendor Fairs/Shows

• Professional product sample display
• Door Prize (if requested)
• Sales percentage donated to charitable organization for which funds are being raised (if applicable)
• Advertising through my Facebook Business Page, website calendar, and monthly newsletter.

I am willing to work with you and/or your organization as far as what I actually require. However, I would prefer at least one 8-foot table as well as electricity. I do have a couple of tables of my own, as well as a couple of floor displays, or spinner racks.  I would also like to have about 2 hours for set up prior to opening to the public, but can be flexible. I am willing to work with you to make your event run smoothly for everyone.


If you are looking for a stamping/scrapbooking/paper-crafting vendor for your event, please feel free to contact me. The earlier I am informed about setting up for your event, the better chance I have of getting the time off from my full-time regular job.  I am able to request time off up to 90 days in advance.
