I absolutely LOVE this stamp set! I think I used every stamp in it except for 2. I created a one page layout using Background and Texture (B&T) paper from Fanfare.
I stamped the fireworks images in Versa Mark ink, then embossed them. The 1/2 scallops across the bottom, are just that - 1/2 of our 2" scallop punched circles. I accordion folded each 1/2 for a ruffled look. The centers are done with the small heart firework image then punched with the 1 1/4" circle punch, then cut in half. The flag was stamped in Pacifica for the star and Cranberry for the stripes. I used a piece of our Kraft Borders for the flag pole. "America" is also embossed. The "Celebrate" is stamped in Cranberry, then cut out. I used a couple of small pieces of foam tape on the ends to raise it up off the photo mat so a photo could be slipped under later.
Here's a couple of close ups...
Supplies:
Papers: Fanfare Level 2, Black Cardstock
Accessories: 3D Foam Tape, Kraft Borders
Until next time...

I'm an embossing nut too so I LOVE your layout! Your swag at the bottom with the scallop punch and circle stamp rocks!

I never thought of embossing these stamps. Thanks for the inspiration!
Great minds think alike....I embossed too! Love your layout!
Looks great! And very festive.
beautiful layout!!
I absolutely love it! Putting it all on black makes it pop wonderfully.
Interesting take on black...which of course, most firework photos are. Nice idea!
Oooh, I love the look of this set being embossed on the dark card stock! You'll have to add some of your awesome fireworks pictures. I also really like the half circle "bunting."
This is the most amazing LO! I love all the embossing and you had me when I saw the black CS (which everything is my favorite when it's on black CS)! Super job Debra!!
Very clever and fun!
LOVE,LOVE,LOVE IT!!!!!!
